AFPS623E Anglemaster

AFPS623E

Peddinghaus AFPS623 Anglemaster
B&B’s first CNC machine (the company spent more money on the Anglemaster in 1990 than it did purchasing its building the same year) punches holes, stamps part marks, and shears to size angle and flat stock steel. The operator programs the Anglemaster according to shop drawings and feeds 40-foot lengths of steel into the machine, which makes holes on both the Y and Z-axes, stamps an ID mark up to 13 alphanumeric characters in length, and then shears the part to length. The AFPS623 can handle up to 6 x 6 x 1/2 angles and 1/2 x 7 flat bars.
