The coping machine has 4 torches that can automatically burn on 4 CNC controlled axes. The machine can burn a maximum beam size of 39.3″ (1,000 mm). The ABC 1000-4 works in tandem with the BPL 1000. The beam punch line positions the section to the required location. The multiple torches of the ABC-1000/4 are then positioned automatically to produce the programmed burning requirement. B&B’s ABC 1000-4 connects to a live driven conveyers and an econo slide unloader.
