Brad Youshaw

Brad’s a native Marylander who’s been working with steel since 1978 right out of high school, and he worked with local companies until the age of 28. Then he spent 17 yrs in the Shenandoah Valley largely involved in structural steel fabrication welding & industrial maintenance. He then moved to and worked with a bridge building company in Arizona as well as a structural steel company as a fitter/welder. As a graduate of Airco Tech Brad managed the stair fabrication department for a company in South Carolina for 4 yrs. “I like a challenge working on complex projects; keeps me interested,” says Brad; “But the important thing is getting it right the first time and doing a quality job. B&B Welding Company is an advanced steel company whose automated approach to structural fabrication is awesome and shed’s a lot of positivity on the future.”

In his spare time Brad also enjoys creating art sculptures and he loves to fish. He says, however, “catching is even better.”
